Craig is our Part’s Manager always on the go, from tracking inventory to picking up parts. He is also our friendly courtesy shuttle driver and prides himself on offering the best possible customer service. Craig has been a part of the ElderAuto family for 2 ½ years and comes to us with 17 years experience as a customer service specialist. He enjoys the automotive business because it is a constantly changing environment and his favorite part of shuttling is talking to and getting to know the customers.

Ken is our energetic Service Manager qualified to explain recommended repairs and offer advice. He has been employed at ElderAuto for 1 ½ years and has over 9 years experience in the industry. Ken is knowledgeable in tires and customer service, paying very close attention to listening and handling customer’s car repair requests in a timely manner. He enjoys working with the public and helping people, as well as working with the different skill levels of the technicians.

Allyson is an experienced Service Advisor with extensive knowledge of European cars. She is our newest addition to ElderAuto and has over 11 years of experience as an Advisor. She has the ability to explain repairs and the reason behind them and feels that the basic knowledge of knowing your car is a must; which is why she has organized a Women’s Car Clinic held every other month.
